Referral List members must agree to a strict code of ethics and be willing to go through arbitration if necessary. They must also pay an advertising fee which helps to maintain our public service endeavors – including a consumer HelpCenter, a non-profit HelpCenter Foundation and this website. Sponsorship fees do not entitle you to membership and are only accepted if you qualify.
